On a serious note: Alexy Pertsev was locked up for nine months in pre-trial in a country where he doesn't speak the language. It was near impossible to prepare a proper defense. In contrast this douchebag was released with bail to his rich parents house and then decided to use his time initimating witnesses. I feel no sympathy, even though of course everyone deserves the best lawyer to get them out of these US torture chambers.
