Not the victims, only US citizens. Rest of the world will not paid for his food/loging in prison. But anyway it's marginal compared to what he has stolen and US will print USD to pay for prison cost, which will anyway be "good" for bitcoins holder.

All FTX users with funds on the platform at closure are victims, US or not it doesn't matter.
Yes he should pay everything possible until the rest of his life or he paid back every dollar, bitcoins and other coins (and not USD equivalent at time of closure, it's too easy), and with some interests of course.
I know someone in my distance family, the wife has a small business in her name, go bankrupt, could'nt pay back what she own. Now everything she and her housband earn is taken directly at employer before it hits their account, minus was is the bare minimum to live according to governement rules (not in US but I guess it might be the same in US). And the bare minimum calculated for their family with kids is super low, they can pay rent of a shitty appartement in the middle of nowhere, some cheap bad quality food, electricity, slow internet and gas for an old shitty car to go to work which is of course far away and not well paid.
No restaurant, no traveling on holiday, no Netflix, no theater, kids can play football or run as a sport but not much more.

I guess SBF should have all is fortune taken and all is income taken minus maybe a couple thousands dollsr per month for living. Justice should be the same for all.

Indeed. It's horrible hearing someone being punished so severely by what is likely an honest mistake while the obvious fraudster enjoys quite a good life in comparison.
