Our Detroit style pizzas are baked in a traditional seasoned steel square pan. We always use Galati uniondale mozzarella cheese cooked right to the edge forming a nice crispy cheese crust. The pizza is thick but still light with a light crispy bottom. Our Detroits are always finished with our thick Detroit red sauce on top and always finished with parmesan cheese! The pizza is 10”x14” and is cut in 10 square pcs.
