#porkchops with #masala and #cumin powder, chili peppers, cooked in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

#BackStory

Fatty portion of the pork removed. See that solid fat? That's what gets clogged inside the arteries. Over time, it will accumulate and restrict the flow of blood that pumps the heart, and keeps one alive

Cooked in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Even if it's kept inside the fridge, EVOO does not solidify

I rub steaks with Garam Masala. The warm spices pair very well with beef fat.

And there's a slight sweetness whenever I put masala on the food - not sugary sweet but it's strikingly distinct from other foods that contain sugar

Yeah. Almost a vanilla sweetness.

Don’t fear the fat. Your body literally is built to run on it. Macrophages responding to oxidized LDL cholesterol trapped in the interstitial spaces of your arteries, opened by chronic inflammation is what clogs arteries. High cholesterol is caused by oxidized LDL molecules, damaged by chronic high blood glucose. An NMR panel will show you this, the damaged LDL doesn’t recycle at the liver receptors properly and builds up in the blood. LDL itself isn’t a problem. Fat is the most brilliant energy storage device ever conceptualized, don’t eat all the time and you’ll be fine let those blood glucose levels normalize.
