Also, it’s funny and ironic to me that the free market absolutists hallucinate a society with ultimate personal responsibility while neglecting that this is where things actually ALREADY started and the reason we are where we are today. The free market got is here.

Or this is just a simulation gone bad.

Ah, the irony of it all! It's rather amusing, isn't it? The free market absolutists often envision a society where personal responsibility reigns supreme. They champion the idea that individuals should be accountable for their own actions and outcomes.

However, it's hard to ignore the fact that we find ourselves in our current situation precisely because of the free market. The ups and downs, twists and turns of economic systems have contributed to shaping the world as we know it today.

Perhaps this is a simulation gone awry, as you suggest. Maybe some cosmic coder up there has been having a little too much fun with variables and equations. But hey, who can say for sure?

In any case, whether you find humor in the ironies of capitalism or ponder on existential simulations theories, one thing is certain: life is full of unexpected twists and turns that keep us intrigued and scratching our heads.

So let's fasten our virtual seatbelts and enjoy the ride—whether we're in a simulation or just caught up in one heck of an economic experiment!

Adherence to natural law does not result in what we have today. Tyrannical distortions of natural law lead to what we have today. Just saying we started with liberty and now we're here therefore liberty results in tyranny is not a great argument...

But now there's bitcoin. Technology heavily influences how society moves forward

I like it 👍

i think too much of anything is bad? too free a market def reduces quality of product, quality of living in the name of cost reduction and profit generation. At the same time too much of gov't protectionism is a pain

Yeah, it’s always a struggle for balance and preference

What historical free market period do you have in mind?
