#[4] has just published a new version of Amethyst with user muting and post reporting, so timely!

Weird, we don't even have a spec for that yet. Are there multiple implementations of this now? I think iris is also doing their own thing.

If we want this to be something interoperable between different #nostr clients, a spec would be nice, yes.
I don't know if it's just happening on the client side.
