hmmm well yes as the modern age came into being the whole heirarchy was corrupted , but things werent always like this ...

for instance take the emperor of china... in ancient times such a man would enter a cosmic crisis and intense soul search if there were, say, a flood in an area of his kingdom... he would retreat and commune with his higher power asking what he had done wrong that had brought such misfortune upon his domain... and then change his behavior accordingly...

kings werent always scum... and in many ways the current system is way more evil... and , since no king, who to blame ? how to stop ?
