Today is 26 days since I quit weed. I told myself that after 30 days, I want to do an elimination diet for a while. I just didn’t want to try to cut out too many things all at once. That’s a recipe for failure in my experience.

Thanks! Yeah, one can start to feel like a prisoner when they’re always on some sort of mind-altering substance. The worst thing I do now is caffeine.
