Today is 26 days since I quit weed. I told myself that after 30 days, I want to do an elimination diet for a while. I just didn’t want to try to cut out too many things all at once. That’s a recipe for failure in my experience.

Eliminate carbs and you’ll be great
Good for you, congratulations! The power of a clear mind in a clean body is unlimited. There is more of you waiting to be implemented outside the haze then inside.
Welcome to the land of the living my friend.
Thanks! Yeah, one can start to feel like a prisoner when they’re always on some sort of mind-altering substance. The worst thing I do now is caffeine.
Good job 👍👍
Seed oils are a good thing to cut too. That's helped me a lot, personally.
💯
Doesn’t sound like milk on Rice Krispies every morning when I get out of bed. Micro inflammation is no joke for bad joints.
I bought an earthing sheet for my bed and by god, it has done so much to ease muscle aches. Post workout fatigue is a thing of the past.
I already try to avoid them, but I do want to try even harder. I don’t use them in any cooking, but sometimes I eat at restaurants and know they use seed oils there.
Mad respect, brother, for doing all this to take your health into your own hands. I try to do it myself the best I can too 🫡
did you save lots and lots and lots of money?
I wouldn’t say tons. Weed is cheap if you do it right. 😂 I quit alcohol over two years ago and THAT has definitely saved thousands of dollars.
