What's preventing you from a normal schedule? Do you have a job with night shifts?

No, I live in the city which is bombed several times a week, usually at night

I can imagine your nervous system is under a lot of stress. 🫂 Do you do anything to self-care? Do you have the capacity and bandwith to self and co regulate in any ways? Are you open to simple short practice suggestions for a little extra support?

thanks for good words ) I'm ok as possible in that situation, many people are way worst than me. we have been living under the war for three years so .. got used to it. regarding sleep I've tried to have nap during the day but it makes things worse, after that, it is more difficult to fall asleep. the best solution I found how to deal with night sleep interruptions is to extend sleep in the morning, like plus one-two hour in the bed even it feels that I'm awake. It works more or less

When you hear bombming what do you generally do? Sounds like you may still remain where you are at?

How realistic is it that you might be able to give yoga nidra a go? It's generally better with headphones but I have plenty done it on speaker. It really helps provide restful sleep to the body and an hour of yoga nidra can feel like and equate a few hours of sleep.

The fact that so many people in this planet are choosing not to act to protect their freedom and human rights in general.

The fact that so many people are not in touch with their spiritual side and therefore do not add (consciously) value in the paramount task of increasing the vibrational frequency of the planet.

The fact that so many people are gaslighted by their believe system and are not open to expand further their consciousness.

The fact that content like yours does not goes viral nor gets sufficient engagement but a meme coin or a dumb influencer gets millions of followers and engagement daily from people across the planet.

Sometimes I wonder how many of us are currently questioning our missions and the potential of the collective consciousness of this planet...
