Based on both the size of the surveillance state and the number of laws on the books, I suspect that virtually every single one of us has a file somewhere, waiting for us to become a big enough pain in the ass for the powers that be to go to the trouble of connecting the dots necessary to make our transgressions admissible in a court of law.
