Hey mom, look I am on TV!..

Jokes aside, this is brilliant! Can not wait to give this a try. Is there a test flight?

yes, I'll send you a link to it

DM link sers?

Can I have one too? 👀

What is this?

A NIP-60 wallet

Looks awesome.

Nuts!

The name honeypot is great 🤣

Man you cannot name a wallet honeypot

Nice!

What's the subscriptions about?

Btw, it's missing the ability to paste ecash to receive.

Its off the screen on android, fix coming in the next release

The subscriptions are NIP-88 subscriptions; think like having a Google play or icloud subscriptions manager thats native to nostr and handles all your recurrent payments in a way that absolutely any wallet/client can interact with

To be fair, this is the least broken mobile UI you've shipped so far, well done!

Sounds amazing.

I found 5 different NIP-88s, none of them are about subscriptions...

Do you have a link?

I don't think it's ever been merged?

https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/pull/901

Though now with 2 implementations, it sounds like we may be able to merge it.

Thanks!

Why unsigned events nostr:nprofile1qqsyvrp9u6p0mfur9dfdru3d853tx9mdjuhkphxuxgfwmryja7zsvhqpzamhxue69uhhv6t5daezumn0wd68yvfwvdhk6tcpz9mhxue69uhkummnw3ezuamfdejj7qgwwaehxw309ahx7uewd3hkctcscpyug?

I don't think this is what nostr:nprofile1qqs04xzt6ldm9qhs0ctw0t58kf4z57umjzmjg6jywu0seadwtqqc75spz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsz9mhwden5te0wfjkccte9ec8y6tdv9kzumn9wshszxnhwden5te0wpuhyctdd9jzuenfv96x5ctx9e3k7mf0dv4ph5 is talking about. The notify is just a way for relays to display a message to the user directly.

NIP numbers are broken AF...

To your NIP88, buy why wouldn't the user want to verify the message is authentic from the relay?

Mostly because relays don't have a pubkey for themselves. To use a relay, users just add the url itself to their settings, not a pubkey. There is no relay pubkey on Nostr yet. So there is nothing to verify against.

And I guess the websocket is https anyhow...

Oof. Okay. We'll have to wait for the man to confirm then. This use case really sounds like the same implementation though.

Do I get it right that when nostr clients implement nip60 & 61 the client comes with integrated ecash wallet and I would not need an external wallet like your honeypot wallet?

that's correct

I still think specialized clients (i.e. wallets) will be useful and necessary

i.e. I won't bake in a full fledge wallet into Olas, within Olas all I want is for people to be able to signup and be able to send and receive zaps; no need to provide fine grained control, payment functionality to go buy a coffee and stuff like that.

but yeah, it's up to each client to decide how much they build out

unix modularity wins.

🤝

That would be amazing 😍👍🔥
