Ketone IQ shots raise ketones for like 4 hrs

Cold shower raises ketones (tested by me and the lady)

Generally surprised how low my ketones are

Even compared to my partner

Running hypothesis is protein. Might tinker

What blows my mind is how low my ketones are on average

Compared to my so - I'm barely ketotic, while eating the same foods. Same device.
