Gm y'all!!

Horrible night per my own fault of the past few days: eating horrible food, paired with being in the heat yesterday and then toppled with something a bit too acidic for my stomach I think. Haven't had such a bad gut/stomach reaction for many many years.

Anywho, today is a new day!!!

Letting my gut/stomach rest for a while, then start anew. That's all we can do when we mess up, right? Just keep coming back for the right thing.
