Or put simply, I have the right to say whatever I want and you have the right to not have to listen, that’s free speech.

The fediverse, while its intentions was noble, the end result is no different than any other platform, having to abide by rules set down by the instance operator does nothing but create an echo chamber.

I broke your novel down to one sentence, making it a lot easier for people to understand what free speech actually is.

I point out that this level of free speech is not possible on platforms like mastodon, lemmy, pleroma, etc. where your profile is controlled by the instance moderator/owner, creating nothing but echo chambers and you go off on a tangent inferring that echo chambers are in any way a good thing simply because they’re ethical and/or not violating your rights.

I think that’s about all of my time you’ll be getting, take care. Muted..
