I never was a person concerned with age...I think age is a number and if we take care of body, mind and soul, there is a light that shine from within and we get the willingness and stamina to get things going.

What concerns me is people, as I came to be aware in my holidays, heavily concerned about being old...common, girls in her 40s???

Where the hell is coming the idea that being 40 is being old????

I'm 50+. I don't look it. I don't feel it. Yet here I am.

I feel you....😃

It was kinda weird talking to a beautiful young lady concerned about her grey hair. Lol

I simply told her, I have them too but I don't care. We must accept who we are! And she smiled.

Way more grey tho.

I am 50 also...lol the one the right!

There's tons of external pressure & hypocrisy around what's "beautiful". Youth is always beautiful so its hard to let go of that. I think feeling old around 40 is an essential part of realizing that "age gracefully" has everything to do with the self & nothing to do with anyone else... for the majority anyway 😊

I agree...but feeling old at 40 when we can be still alive at 80...90...at those ages what are we then? 😁

I would say nearing eternal light & tree roots... everyone comes around eventually. Entropy will make sure of that. 😂

How much of a meaningful life someone chooses to sacrifice over plastic paradigms may be sad, but inevitably their journey. 💜
