Retiring doesn't mean giving up what I loved about what I did for a living. I do things. Productive things and not just think about what I'm eating for my midnight snack.

So what do you eat for a Midnight snack?

The first time I had fondue was in Switzerland, made by a Swiss couple. Friends of my friend’s parents hosted us.

Whatever cheese, cured meat or fruit I have available. Really, it's anything that looks appetising I can find.

Ya, we like to melt cheese here. If not for fondue, we have raclette.

I tried raclette several years ago. Hosted by a guy who lost both his legs in a motorcycle accident; fundraiser. It was ok.

Much prefer fondue.
