This is one of the best use cases for Muun wallet. Breez and WoS (and I think Phoenix too) will do onchain to lightning swaps as well but the fees may be a little higher, especially if it’s only for small amounts. If KYC isn’t an issue, then you can send from Strike, Cashapp, and River via lightning in the US.
Also Boltz swaps. I think that’s what Breez uses too.

That’s my primary use for Muun
You can do it with Phoenix and its a real Lightning wallet that doesn’t rely on submarine swaps.
