Psh, so I guess those people still exist. Everyone I talk to these days give me a smile and a good response when I talk about bitcoin.
At this point, you're either a simp for your favourite influencer, or you are butt hurt if you've got such a visceral reaction to bitcoin or anything that seems remotely associated to it.
True. I have to say this was a guy on Bluesky, and people on there are super weird.
They like to criticize everything but don't actually invest any time into something. Also, they say whatever they read in MSM, so it could be that they just ignore it.
But outside of that bubble, I agree most people begin to be more open and not so cringe or defensive anymore. The conversations get more pleasant each day.
