Seems like 95% of folks listen to music while working out.

Anybody else rawdog their routine like a psychopath?

I’m LEARNING to do it without music. Not sure it’s as satisfying tho.

I would like to, but everyone in my family steals my headphones.

Rawdog not by choice.

Always with music, and always the same songs. Gives me a sense of time doing my workout.

Probably 25% of my runs I don't bring music.

Lopp you don't engage in any replies. Either here or on Twitter, why is that?

Audiobooks, baby!

Sometimes I wear ear plugs.

🫡 no music, just a timer and focus

No music or audiobooks or podcasts, when lifting I work on the mind-muscle connection, when cardio I adapt the walking meditation concept to the running/cycling/swimming.

This is the way™.

Kids these days can skateboard at the park with music..

Me, I’m old school and need silence for general awareness on top of my rapidly decaying reflexes💀

No music.

Ashtanga yoga requires full concentration, there's no room for distraction.

I listen to bitcoin podcasts, interviews with nostr:npub17u5dneh8qjp43ecfxr6u5e9sjamsmxyuekrg2nlxrrk6nj9rsyrqywt4tp 👍😁

Yes

yes. i find it much more relaxing not to listen to music, to concentrate on the exercise or to think. When else do you have time to organize your thoughts without distractions?

100%. Music is a distraction for strength or HIIT workouts and my performance goes down.

For long slow distance I do listen.

Podcasts . Bitcoin deep dives.
