This is correct. I believe that’s why nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx deleted his twatter account. But I also think that more people will come to nostr when censorship gets worse. Elon isn’t doing a lot of censoring so adoption has been slow. Maybe nostr is keeping other content platforms honest? Normies are sending me pretty extreme TikToks and Facebook posts that I was surprised haven’t been taken down.

The problem with that (unfortunately) is that your average joe is comfortable in his cage and doesn’t care about censorship or privacy. There’s a good bunch who do, but I don’t see that as the average person
I agree but the average joe will come if someone like Joe Rogan started posting on nostr. But he won’t post on nostr unless he gets censored and I don’t think they will anytime soon.
