Sometimes I think about what if they really do have total information awareness? What if they really do know everything we say and do, everywhere we go?

It would mean that they probably also know who committed the act of aggression against us. Who abducted the missing child and where they were taken...

So the challenge in getting an arrest and conviction wouldn't be so much in learning the identity and location of the culprit but in having enough court-admissible evidence to convince a jury while protecting the secrecy of surveillance sources and methods?
