I'd go with trezor personally. Trezor safe 3 or the new trezor 5 should do great.

MoneroSigner, Tails with Feather wallet without internet, AnonNero.

Trezor and Keepkey are two commercial products that have some reputation. Ledger I would not recommend.

There is a new monerosigner (seedsigner fork) CCS that has been pretty active recently

But like others have already said right now your options are 1) Trezor, 2) an airgapped offline device (laptop or phone), 3) or a Tails USB stick with feather wallet
