Save the Manhattan-stack for someone who really generationally deserves it.

Sounds to me like you are being greedy to yourself.

I don't want that Manhattan block. Manhattan is a leftist playground. There is much cheaper places and more beautiful than Manhattan. Plus really, even with a cup of coffee I could still get half the Manhattan block and look back and think. I enjoyed my every morning with that coffee.

If you work for your coffee, or spend manhattan on a more virtuous thing than addictive consumption, your descendants won't end up resenting you.

I don't care if someone resents me for enjoying my life. The coffee buying will continue as long as I enjoy it.
