Some new varieties came in the mail. I'm comparing these OP varieties to similar hybrid varieties to assess vigor and yields. Anyone grow these??

I’ve grown sora it’s a good fast variety. I’m trying dulcinea for the first time, I’m pretty excited about the carrot. I’m not sure if I’m going to do the carrot as a spring or fall crop.
I'm doing it for fall with the intention of saving it for seed production the next year. But that depends on how well it does against Bolero.
We grow sora regularly throughout the season. Love them best in the spring, since during summer they tend to be overly spicy and bulk up too quickly so they can become pilthy. Harvest them at around 1" or less in size, best when on the smaller size IMO.
Dulcinea we have grown but they never made it into the standard rotation. Very sweet! Nice flavor, but our soil is very heavy so for us some of the more blunt-rooted varieties performed better on our land.
The Salt&Pepper cukes are very popular but not a personal fav, even though they generally perform very well.
Thanks for your notes!
