Villifying saturated fat was just a con by the sugar industry back in the 1960's. It clearly worked, since so many still avoid those foods or eat lower fat versions 60 years later. Also from what I understand Cholesterol is the equivalent of a firefighter on the scene of the fire, it isnt the cause of heart disease. Maybe Jeff can chime in more
Thanks and yes…I’ve come across such info. Ancel Keys reportedly falsifying a study helped create the confusion that persists today.
