In amethyst still red. But nostrudel is fine after making the nostr.yml file that where suggested here. Which changes to cors?
Discussion
I had to add a .toml file with Access-Control-Allow-Origin to make CORS work.
[[headers]]
# Define which paths this specific [[headers]] block will cover. for = "/*ā
[headers.values]
Access-Control-Allow-Origin = "*ā
I can see that nostrudel shows a yellow text for a split second before switching to verified.
Will look into this later.
Thanks for the help!
Thanks for the zap! Did you get everything setup and working? After all of this Iām thinking of writing a short blog post on #nostr setup for new folks.
Set up the .toml file. Still in amethyst no check. Will look it up in other clients.
Time is running in command line. I have to take a walk with the dogs.
Working now. I think it could be useful because in none of the how-tos I have read is the info on a yml or a toml file.
Very true! I just learned this morning that having more relays slows things down. I cut back the 14 I had listed to just 3 and now Nostr is super fast! Again, that would have been nice to know and would make new folks have a better #nostr experience.
With haven relays blaster I just have my own relays set for outgoing relays.
Still balancing/playing with incoming relays
