I too use only stainless steel. But there's layers of aluminum in between to quicker distribute the heat and also to make it work on an induction cook plate
I imagine as long as the aluminum is entirely encased inside, and the only metal actually touching the food is steel, there isn’t an issue of leaching 🤔
Yes it's entirely encased. I invested in quality like 3 years ago when i figured out i should not want anymore teflon on my life. I did cook on teflon for some 15 years though. :(
