I've been doing 9 hours for a week and never felt better, I was usually like 7.5-8 but it really seems not enough for me
I think they are very much interlinked. Try to optimize sleep, eat shit and do nothing, good luck...
When I can get 8 hours it's awesome. But lately I haven't been able to get more than 6.
Even if I go to bed early I wake up at 4am and can't go back to sleep.
Part of the problem is the shifting season here in Alaska, gaining more and more sunlight every day, but I really don't want to start taking sleep aid.
