Bacon not really. Not only are pigs fed a diet high in PUFA (and plastic), but they’re monogastric. Outside of organic pasture raised pork, which is rare and expensive, pork meat is far too high in PUFA.
Whereas cow fat has a PUFA concentration of 1-2%, irrespective of their diet because they are poly-gastric.
Good people eat bacon - it’s just a fact
