you can now add follow packs as notedeck columns

this basically gave us lists for free as well. just need a UI for searching for them.

Supercool .. Its like public WhatsApp groups .. .. someone just goes and make a pack aka group ..

If someone added me , would I need to be notified ? ..so that I add to a column ? Loud thinking !
