Mountains are my home now too and i don't regret. But i had spend some decades near the sea or exactly by the sea. It is beautiful too.
I had also spent 6 months in a mountain that has seaview all over and the sea is 20 minutes or so away, depending where you are. That was a very nice combo.

How very … cute. But yeah you’re right, whenever I think of Swiss cuisine I think of cheese. Suits me fine - we live in the (Southern) Alps and can think of nothing better after a hard day in the great outdoors than sitting down in front of a roaring fire with a fondue. 🫕
