Tbh idk it easing healthy of junk makes much difference for the experience of eating. Junk can be tasty of disgusting, healthy can also be really taste 😊. Best to eat tasty healthy foods 😀

lol yeah healthy and tasty is the best option for sure. But when there is chocolate, cookies, bread, pie, or cake in front of - I struggle to not eat the whole serving. 🤦‍♀️
