What happened to you to disconnect you from nature? Was it some kind of trauma, or just run of the mill indoctrination?
Gender is not a social construct. It is a genetic detail. You either have XX or XY chromosomes, formed definitely at conception for the vast majority of nature. Gender roles are in part social construct. Perhaps that's what you meant?
