Clean ice cream brand if you don’t feel like making it yourself. They sell it at Sprouts. Some of their other flavors have “natural flavors” though. #foodstr #healthstr

Meaning it’s equivalent to if you just made it at home.

Essentially, none of the below, which is in a lot of store bought ice creams:

corn syrup

Added sugar

Natural flavors

Gums

Soybean oil

Soy lechtin

It could be anything that’s derived from plant or animals. They don’t have to specify.

When you make it yourself, you realize just how many high value ingredients are required.

It's understandable that the good stuff costs 2-3 times more than the standard shot. Totally worth it. 🤙
