the loud, attention seeking cheerleaders will tell you that nostr is gonna eat the world, reshape the internet and is inevitable. on the other hand, the people that have been grinding for the last few years are very critic and realistic about nostr, and aware of its strengths and weaknesses. we just want to build sovereign alternatives to the current sad state of affairs of online communication and publishing. it's worth trying.
