Rich people like doing business with other rich people. And from this douchenozzle's perspective, presenting as a rich person probably gives him an edge when selling rich people a house.

If I may argue for nuance, rich people like doing business with *competent* people. Wealth is a mere signpost for competence, and often not a reliable one.

As for douchenozzle, I think we can all see right through this video as little more than a desperate attempt to *appear* both competent and rich. The irony being that most competent and rich people don’t feel the need to make videos explicitly stating as much… though, then again, isn’t that what people are doing on LinkedIn all the time? Moreover, isn’t all social media basically, “Hey check *me* out, don’t you think I’m awesome?” LOL.

I’m Gen X. So, I guess I should just shrug and say, “Kids, these days, amirite?”
