Unrelated, but Is there a laser checklist of supplements somewhere? Considering trying some of that stuff out in new year but have lost track of a lot across various posts

Makes sense. It’s a bit overwhelming. I wanna give like the top few things a try, so was hoping to choose from a simple list before going full American psycho with my routine

You can probably start with sone of the low hanging fruit: a couple diet things and a couple lylifeatyle things.

Like large breakfast, medium lunch, small dinner. Limited blue light exposure after dark. Touch grass and get sun first thing in the morning. Low PUFA foods.

Start with health sociopath action steps before going full psychopath. I think Laser would say that at some point if you find yourself sunning your balls, you're on the right path.

Word. Kinda wanna try the methylene blue stuff that seems to be all the rage. Thanks
