- Some videos don’t have audio on some platforms? Learn to post more comparable standards, use a platform that supports better videos, media uploader converts to a standard

- Some image uploads may get broke and have to get fixed again. Use a different image uploader

The other option is to have all images and videos working perfectly, notes you can ‘delete’, on a fully centralized, controlled, moderated platform ran by one person…
