If you can find a vendor that accepts lightning payments, though its still early for that in most places. Doesn't hurt to regularly ask "do you accept Bitcoin?"

I currently use the Fold card though because then I can have a mostly Bitcoin standard but convert small amounts into USD as needed for debit card use.
