Right?? My wife and I strongly disagree on roasting technique. She likes to burn hers nearly to ash before assembling the s’more. But somehow we make it work. Lol

That is everyone else's technique isn't it 😂 there is no in-between. You either catch it on fire, freak out and put it out, or you toast it. I'm with you, I like my marshmallows toasted, not incinerated.
