It’s honestly remarkable how the last few generations got psyoped into believing that giving their children over to the State to be indoctrinated for 7 hours per day was optimal for childhood development
It goes deeper than that. Rothbard talked about it in a short book on compulsory schooling. The history is quite shocking. It’s free to download online and they have the audiobook published in podcast format. Highly recommend.
