It's a meta protocol on top of nostr using PoW for action chains that take you from start point to whereever else. Nostr event IDs and other things are decoded into XYZ coordinates. You can also go to certain coordinates and make a construct visible to others and also PoW based. Recommend checking out the full protocol write up if you want to understand more. Not a simple one for sure, but promising experimentation IMHO. Author is also pursuing homomorphic encyrption as a way to encrypt data unless you are at a spedifice point in cyberspace.
