Not the Germany I've been too πŸ˜… Bratkartoffel and fried seafood, or currywurst... (Only been in northern Germany) I mean it's not bad food but I would call it appropriatelyrated πŸ˜‚

The best food I've had in Germany is kebab 🀣

Where am I going wrong?

True. But that is not high cuisine.

Well, in dΓΆner's defense: German kebab is definitely the world's best kebab. πŸ₯™

It's the equivalent of London's curry and San Francisco's sushi, where the adaptation surpasses and popularizes the original.

I've only had really excellent food in Hamburg or Berlin restaurants, and I've traveled to both, regularly. Culinary highlights.

Also, I love Bratwurst. πŸ˜‚ Especially, the little, raw NΓΌrnberg-style ones that our butcher makes fresh for Christmas Eve.

Overpriced too πŸ˜„

Depends where you are. The south has pretty reasonable priced food.

A plate of plain spaghetti with tomato sauce🍝 in Bozen or Rome will put you back as far as a pork roast and dumplings and salad, in Bavaria or Swabia.

I just went down there are checked.
