Drinking a lot of water became sort of a tick of mine when I quit smoking, just recently realized it’s the reason I’m always feeling depleted of mag

Have a big glass of OJ with extra minerals and collagen powder first thing in the AM.

Vitamin C improves collagen absorption which balances out the merhionone in muscle meats.

Insulin from the natural sugars tells the kidneys to hold onto minerals, increasing hydration status.

Bonus: add a couple drops of methylene blue to keep mitochondria healthy.

How much is too much?

Just 2-3 drops to freshen up the Islay tonic 😏
