Do we know why this happened? Was it just an incredibly hard landing? It looks like all of the wheels were down.
The landing was hard enough to collapse the rear gear.
While not impossible, it's extremely unlikely that both sets off rear gear would have failed to lock. (Therefore collapse under normal landing loads)
That roll absorbed a lot of kinetic energy and the low fuel load and early break away of the wings kept the majority of the fire off the fuselage.
Very fortunate.
