#AI and robotics are coming fast... faster than most are ready for or, frankly, even remotely considering.

Teach your kids (and their teachers) not to compete with or ignore #AI.

Rather, it is critical for future generations to quickly learn to collaborate with #AI and (importantly) focus on what makes us distinctly human.

Think creativity, empathy, compassion, and human touch for starters.

The world will look very different in 2035 than it does today.

Buckle up.

Does "being more human than a machine" actually require preparation? Isn't part of the point of AI that humans need less training to get things done?

Can creativity, empathy, and compassion be taught? Is there any new/academic/intensive way to teach it, or is this type of learning just the same as it always was?

Maybe the best advice is "hustle when opportunity arises." I'm not sure there's much to be done beyond that. If there is, I'd love to hear details.

The answer is yes, sort of. These things are taught by trying to create things, and struggling in the process so that we learn appreciation and the ability to value the dedication of ourselves and others. There is no textbook for this though I wish it could be that simple. Endeavor to do something good for somebody every day is the fastest route to learning this.

Yes we need to be prepared, like AI is not always saying the truth just like humans...

"Isn't part of the point of AI that humans need less training to get things done?"

It depends the training time you count, to be adult it takes 16-18 years of training, AI process a huge more data in less time.

The best advice is to adapt, and be prepared to adapt, as humanity have already done in each big changing times.

My daughter wants to be a hairdresser. Probably a stellar idea given where we're going

Yes! Teach your kids to comply with AI!

🤝🏻 These are also my thoughts about the topic so far. Also crucial: do your real world homework/experiences before you go digital. Leave that for older Kids and Teenagers.

Let 'em come, I make double the money of my average countryman and I'm still not able to save any meaningful amount for a home or retirement, bitcoin or no, so I pretty much don't have a future to lose to AI anyway 🤷‍♂️

Techno Amish is the way. Get some chickens, vibe with the AI. Unplug from time to time

Voice mode is an absolute game changer, especially for kids.

I don't think robotics and AI will change the world that fundamentally by 2035.

The same physical constraints will still apply in 2035.

AI and robotics will _not_ solve most of the scarcity issues that humanity has.

Energy is scarce, food is scarce, nice places to live are scarce, time is scarce.

Am I too dumb/uncreative/old?

Or why else don't I see how AI/robotics will change any of these things significantly by 2035.
