Happy New Month, Happy August everyone!m: eat slow, fast often :)

Hey, what's your health goals for the August?

I'm staying with the plan from Mr. Tombak, Russian healer who said the best is to perform fasting:

36h every week (that's Sunday for me)

2-3 days once a month

And that's that.

He also added

5-7 days once half year.

And I'm thinking to do extra at 6 days: its August, its going to be nice weather and naturally people, me including, tend to eat less. It's easier to try fasting now than at winter.

And again - I'm fasting for detoxification of my body, my mind, to prioritise what's really important and bring back my focus.
