Have no funds now so would be seeking funds. Mainly want to keep the land west of highway 81 rural agriculture in Frederick County. Not interested in letting northern Shenandoah turn into a parking lot. There are likely many more lots of sale now or soon that will suffer similar tempatations. The owners don't want to sell to developers but the kids can't find ways to make the land profitable.
In parralel I hope to educate on Bitcoin to help these folks preserve their generational land. But that's a slow grind.

Price actually under $10m. The 65m was offered by the datacenters devloper. It's more likely 9 to 15k per acre for someone that isn't a fiat fuck
