Id rather be a land owner in the USA, than a renter outside of it.
The 4th Turning is coming to an end, but we have a few years left to face - be ready for adversity.
2028 is my target for its completion & the entrance to The 1st Turning.

Bitcoiners living on islands like Costa Rica isn't a terrible idea if you're bound to be a renter regardless & make an income in western currency or have enough Satoshis for the ride.
The fall of the Roman Empire took a couple hundred years. The fall of the British empire took 20 years. The way technology has sped things up, things could happen very quickly. Your timeline seems pretty reasonable.
That being said, the end of the fourth turning and the beginning of the first turning can overlap a bit. With more people returning to the land and practicing regenerative farming/Permaculture along with the increasing adoption of bitcoin, some people might be intentionally getting their own individual first turning.
